Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 3/4 cup raw & frozen zucchini

  • 2 scoops Equi.life Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 TBSP chia seed

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

 

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Enjoy!
