Green Ginger Goddess Smoothie

Ingredients
2 handfuls of fresh spinach
1/2 to 1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/4 fresh English cucumber or 1 Persian cucumber (skin on)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 inch fresh peeled ginger
1 cup water
Optional add ins: Add 1/4 avocado to make it creamy. Add 3 TBSP hemp hearts for 10 grams of protein
Method
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender and enjoy!
