Best Blueberry Smoothie

This is my husband’s go to smoothie that he drinks everyday. Many of my clients use this recipe as their staple smoothie as well. It is quite the fan favorite!

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 2-3 handfuls fresh spinach

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • Vanilla protein powder

  • 1 TBSP almond butter

  • 1 TBSP chia seed

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • water as needed to blend

 

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Enjoy!
