Delicious smoothie with all of the health benefits! 3 servings of veggies, 1 serving of fruit, protein, potassium, omega 3s, fiber, antioxidants, healthy fats. Anti-inflammatory, supports your digestion & immune system.
Ingredients
2 big handfuls of fresh spinach
1 frozen banana
1 cup raw & frozen zucchini
2 large fresh mint leaves (or 6-8 small leaves)
2 scoops vanilla vegan protein
1 cup coconut milk (from carton in refrigerator section, not canned)
1 TBSP cacao nibs
1 TBSP chia seed
1 tsp maca powder (optional)
1/2 cup ice cubes
Method
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Enjoy!
