My Go To Daily Chocolate Smoothie

This is my GO TO smoothie that I have almost daily for breakfast. I do like to switch up my smoothies sometimes but I am also a creature of habit, so I have this one most days! This smoothie is jam packed with all of your essential vitamins, nutrients, antioxidants, omega 3s, protein, carb & healthy fats. It includes everything you need for a balanced healthy breakfast to keep you full and energized all morning.
Ingredients
2 handfuls fresh spinach
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
3/4 cup raw & frozen zucchini
2 scoops Equi.life Chocolate Vegan Protein Powder
1 TBSP sunflower or almond butter (no sugar/no salt/no oil)
1 TBSP chia seed
1.5 cups water (or nut milk)
Method
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Enjoy!
