1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen raw zucchini
1/2 cup frozen raw cauliflower rice
Vanilla protein powder
1.5 cups unsweetened plant based milk
1 TBSP cashew butter
1/2 TBSP chia seed
1/2 tsp vanilla
