Strawberry Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen strawberries

  • 1 frozen banana

  • Vanilla vegan protein powder

  • 1 TBSP sunbutter (no oil/no sugar/no salt added) - or favorite nut butter

  • 1/2 TBSP hemp seed

  • 1/2 TBSP chia seed

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or favorite plant based milk)

 

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Enjoy!
