Ingredients
1.5 cups frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
Vanilla vegan protein powder
1 TBSP sunbutter (no oil/no sugar/no salt added) - or favorite nut butter
1/2 TBSP hemp seed
1/2 TBSP chia seed
1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or favorite plant based milk)
Method
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Enjoy!
