Protein Overnight Oats

I LOVE oatmeal but it doesn’t completely fill me up so I love to add protein to make it a more complete meal. By adding the protein & healthy fat, it keeps me full & energized until lunch! Overnight oats make for a great on the go breakfast!
The vanilla protein also adds sweetness & flavor, so I don’t add any extra sweetener.
Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 scoops @nuzest_usa vanilla protein (or protein of choice)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1/2 to 1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup + 2 TBSP water or nut milk
Pinch of sea salt
Method
Mix all ingredients together and store in the fridge overnight in an airtight container.
When you’re ready to eat, add your favorite toppings. I like to add fresh berries plus a healthy fat like nuts, nut butter or hemp seeds. Here I added hemp seeds & my favorite sunflower seed butter @sunbutter.
