Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
4 to 5 medium tomatoes - diced
1/2 sweet onion - finely diced
1/4 to 1/2 bunch of cilantro - chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Sea salt - add more to taste to bring out flavor
Method
Mix all ingredients together
This tastes great when made fresh but it gets even better after it sits for a few hours. I always make a few hours before our friends come over. Store in an airtight container, keeps in the fridge for 3-5 days.
Make this along with my guacamole for a great pairing! We love this on fresh tacos too!
