Ingredients
1 cup frozen mixed berry (blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry)
1/2 cup frozen/raw zucchini
1/4 fresh avocado
1/4 cup oatmeal
2 TBSP hemp seed
3/4 - 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla plant based milk of choice
2 tsp maple syrup
Method
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender
*Add more or less milk for desired consistency. Less liquid to make a smoothie bowl, more liquid for a sip-able version.
